I hear ya, I just want to see how the rest of the story is written. LBJ still isn't barely a skid mark in MJs hanes.


Just for arguments sake what how do MJ and LBJs number and awards compare through their first five years in the league?

I assumed at first that Jordan would run away with this, but it's actually really close:

Year - Lebron - Jordan
1 - RoY (not an all-star) - all-star (not RoY) - (ironic somehow?)
2 - 2nd team - hurt all year
3 - scoring champ - scoring champ
4 - 1st team, Finals - MVP, scoring champ
5 - MVP - 1st team, scoring champ

Looks like Lebron gets the edge because Jordan only played 17 games in his 2nd season imho.
