We have a big group of friends going down to PCB for the fourth of July weekend. One of the friends has a birthday that weekend and we're look'n for a good place to eat. I've not been a big fan of PCB seafood but I may have just chose crappy places to eat. What are your recommendations?

The Boatyard is pretty good. Stay away from the "tourist" restaurants!

Angelos Steak Pit if you aren't looking for seafood.

Sadly, the best seafood restaurant in the area got torched several years ago, reportedly due to the owner's son being unable to pick the right football teams each week.
If it has to be seafood, Boon Docks is kind of unique, but I haven't been there in a couple of years.

There's a place across the bridge near downtown, I can't remember the name, that has great raw oysters and fried grouper. It's a little dinky kind of hole-in-wall local place.
