Having all three fit at the same time will give us a lot more tactical leeway. At this point, I think Bradley would be ahead of Holden, with Jones ahead of Edu. The combo of Holden and Bradley would be really interesting, which might harken back to the days of having 2 B2B CM's playing next to each other, since both have good workrate and passing. It might be possible that we could run a three man midfield effectively, depending on what options we have upfront and on the wings.

My initial thought is to get the best players on the field.
If Holden was healthy and we ran a 4-4-2 I'd like to see him pushed out wide, with either Dempsey or Donovan paired with Altidore.
Ideally, I'd like to see the 4-2-3-1 with Bradley and Jones as the holding players.
