Their website is lacking in info. I can't find anything about parking or entrance fee. Anyone happen to know about either?

no entrance fee, and parking is wherever you find a spot. Typically it's all along the streets. I haven't been in a few years, used to go all the time, but the last time i went it was like this and has been the same years past.
