because like I said in the rest of my post, the 6 players they have locked for the next 3 years (probably 4 years because guys like Miller and Haslem will take the player option) will be over the $45M hard cap. For the 2012-2013 season they already have 65.7M locked up. The year after that 71M. Even with the proposed % cuts from exisiting contracts they will be over the $45 hard cap with those 6 players. By 2014 they would be over the hard cap with just the big 3 contracts.

Basically any team with 3 or more big contracts would be fricked.
