45 mill? Damn the Lakers are screwed... Better hope Dwight comes through or else, look out!

The Lakers would probably be the most screwed, but pretty much every contending team would be screwed unless they could cut players (actually unless the are allowed to cut players, it wouldn't even be possible to get under $45M for teams like the Lakers or Heat)
The Heat have the big 3, Haslem, Miller, and Anthony locked for the next 3 years (with player options after that)
Even with the 25% cuts, the big 3 would each make over 12M a year. The 15% cuts to the other three would still cost them about 11M. That would be 47M right there. Over the hard cap with only 6 players.
The Bulls have Boozer, Deng, and Noah signed to some pretty big deals. Korver and Brewer are also locked up for a couple years. Boozer would get $10.1M, Deng 9.2, Noah 8M, Korver 4.25, Brewer 4. That is 35M for 5 players and Rose would need a new deal. And these are just the salaries for next year, by the time Rose needs his new deal it will be closer to $40M.
