Need help from someone familiar with Firefox and Chrome.

In Firefox there is an add-on called Autopager. This automatically loads the next page of some websites. Say for example you were viewing a TD thread with multiple pages, when you get near the end of page 1...page two loads automatically....and so on.
In Chrome this feature is built in by default. I hate this feature.....how do I disable it on Chrome?
TIA

1. I don't think that feature is enabled by default
2. Why would you hate such a feature?

I think its just the newer version of chrome. i just noticed that it started doing this last week or two. I also added a few add ons. maybe an optimization add on did this? just delete and get the older version.
