Alright, so there might be 4 kids(not Sylve) in the whole state, girls and boys, who could have placed in the SEC meet. What is unusual about that? Its not unheard of to have basketball players (e.g. Greg Monroe, Semoine Augustus) who could start for any college team in the nation as high schoolers. Those are the kids who end up being college stars.
Most of these guys placing in the SEC were studs in high school. Plenty of them could run almost as fast as they do now in high school. A lot of 18 year olds are full grown and maxed out on how fast they'll get.
I just don't understand how it's reflective of the talent level to have a couple of college level kids running in high school. The only weak events in the SEC are the distance events, and they are far weaker in Louisiana high school. By your logic, the Big Ten sucked Lebron James' senior year of high school because a high schooler was far better than the whole league

You're reading way to much into my posts. All I'm implying is that there were several kids in Louisiana that would have competed in the SEC this year. Period. I said nothing about it being unusual, nor that the SEC sucks.
BTW. Sylve ran a wind aided 10.18 FAT a few weeks ago in a Texas. Are you going to sit there and argue that someone running a sub 10.2, wind aided or not, could not compete in the SEC?
