Thanks ... I guess I appreciate it. It IS only a camp but it's their sanctuary and 2nd home. They've got flood insurance but only what the original owner had way back when and it's not much but I guess it's something.
I'd appreciate any updates from those that live near there.

Maybe he should up that insurance limit in the future.
