searched without luck
I have some shucked oysters. Frying some for my wife. I remember the muffin pan idea but I don't recall the temp. was it baked or broiled? I know what I'm doing for the butter sauce. Thanks in advance

oysters were small. put 3 in each hole. topped each hole as follows: 1/2 pat of butter, salt and pepper, pecorino romano, lemon juice. baked at 400 for 3 minutes then under the broiler for 2 minutes. once done, topped with real bacon bits. served them in a bowl full of the juice.
haters will say I did it wrong.
Delicious and heart healthy.
Wife loved her fried oysters.
