Anyone using or ever used Test Force 2? If so what kind of effects did it have, good, bad, none. Would you recommend it?

I recommend supplementing your barbell with more plates of iron.

There's obviously no board for health & fitness, which is stupid compared to some of the other boards they do have. So I say post about supplement wherever

a.) The only effective testosterone boosters that are sold at nutrition stores are prohormones (like androstene) that companies keep making slight alterations to to keep them legal.

b.) Anything not a pro-hormone that claims to be a "precursor" or anything like that doesn't work. If it boosts testosterone levels, it boosts them in a way that your body can't use the excess levels (its much more complicated than this, but basically it makes them look boosted on a blood test, but your body isn't reaping any of the benefits)

c.) Prohormones are worse for your body than anabolic steroids.

d.) The only scientifically proven supplements are still from the break through in the late 90s. Creatine, Multivitamins, Amino Acids, Protein (if you're not drinking whey right after your workout then you might as well just be eating high protein food, its cheaper and better). I guess NO2 is good, because of the psychological effects it has, the physiological effects associated with NO2 are garbage. Everyone wants to keep lifting when they feel that pump though, so go for it.

This is definitely O-T related. That is the whole purpose of it. I have seen several fitness related stuff there.. The whole point of O-T is if it doesnt fit any other board category.. just throw it on there..
