Steak tips

I have a few frozen balls of steak tips from Omaha Steaks that have been sitting in my freezer for a wihle. Anyone have any good ideas on how to prepare them? I have 4 balls that are 4-5 oz. each (and yes...I know that statement is just asking for trouble...be gentle F&D board).
