okay, that's what i was getting at.
it was a great deal for Utah.
He's young and inexperienced... but has more potential than Jefferson and Milsap combined... and if the kid has any sense, he'll watch and learn while playing behind those guys.

Jefferson came in as one loaded with potential and is likely the most underrated offensive center in the game.If Howard had Jefferson's game,he'd be in the pantheon of all time great big men.Jefferson is atrocious on D,where he gives up points to his counterpart and does not seal off the basket like great big men do.Some of that is athletic ability,lateral quickness,etc. but injuries will do that to people.Being on losing teams doesn't help either.
Favors is like a lot of other athletic big men,tons of potential,but needs more experience having the offense flow through him(read: should have stayed in college). He's now in a place where he's can work on his game and less about producing.
