Aphids will secrete a black soot, as well as other sucking insects.

Spray the tree per LSU Ag Center recommendations with a systemic insecticide.

Sevin will not keep bees from pollinating, Sevin will kill the bees, again, spray trees per LSU Ag Center Homeowner Citrus Spray Schedule. You will be able to obtain everything they recommend from your local nursery.

I don't see any caterpillars or aphids or anything on my satsuma tree. All the buds have fallen off again this year. Last year we had no fruit - does this mean none for this year, too? Any suggestions?
