I've heard this a lot in reference to the MLS rising stars and such. What do yall know about this program? Do yall think it's beneficial to the league as a whole, or a waste of time short cut that the MLS is taking to try and become truly relevant?

It has to help. The more clubs invest in acadamies the better. The real question is how good is the instruction being given to the participants? If they are taught the American win at all cost method it will be a fail. Technique needs to be the primary focus. Athletism isn't the issue with US players, it is technique and tactics where we lag the great powers.
