re: BRSA & Chris Mitchell.. What's the deal?

Several years ago, there was a fight between my team and another and one of the guys on my team had his arm broken in the melee. BRSA's disciplinary board, or whatever it's called, asked us how such a situation could be avoided in the future. I recommended calling the police, and they said that was not an option because it would draw negative attention and jeopardize their deal with BREC. That left a bad taste in my mouth. The fact that BRSA charged fees to buy land and construct their own fields and never lowered fees after they struck their deal with BREC for the Burbank fields didn't help either.
