Ridley went up against defenses that crowded the line of scrimmage. It's not like other defenses feared the 1009th ranked passing attack. It's incredible that he had such a high ypc average.

against good SEC teams and McNeese Ridley's YPC was about 3ypc.

I agree. I think Ridley didn't benefit from the QB situation last year. Would be awesome to see how he could do with a competent QB.
