Need a creative idea re: jambalaya

I've got a huge bucket of Chicken Sausage Jambalaya from Rice & Roux (f/k/a Jambalaya Shoppe). I bought it for a SuperBowl party and it ended up being WAY too much.
I live alone and don't want it to go to waste. Also, there are no homeless people in or near my community.
I'm tired of eating it as is. I'm know that rice, chicken, and sausage are ingredients that would be good in a gumbo or soup. I just don't know how to get it from it's present state into a delightfully soupy state.
Any ideas?
Cooking experience: Intermediate but roux experience is only basic

Best idea I've ever heard of for this dilema was to run through grinder and into a casing to make a jambalaya boudin. I haven't tried this but I believe read it here at some point.

Make Jambalaya Arancine and serve with a smoked Creole Tomato sauce
