Well then whose strength, has increased the most. I am not questioning Moffit, but most LSU players do terrible lifting at the NFL combines. This is just a fact. Which players have improved the most under his program?

Yep. And it's not like LSU is known for superior cardio conditioning either.

Why is the NFL combine regarded as the end-all-be-all of physical fitness for these guys?
LSU incorporates a ton of olympic lifts. Basically the exact opposite of the (one) lift they do at the combine.. the bench press, which is done with the shittiest form available.
If they moved to 315 lb bench press or DBs you'd get a much better showing from LSU athletes.
