can't blame them. If they are going to let auburn slide with "the money was too much" newton then damn straight they are going to get theirs.

yep- updated.
we really filled out needs on the O line and at LB and picked up quality players indeed to fil much needed roster space. we did get 14 4*'s. A GREAT day for USC recruiting.
I guess DAT does give us one more sport for next year.

but you'll still have Lane who's about the get the hammer from the NCAA over one year at Tenn. Have fun dealing with that. Hope and Change is alive and strong at USC. Probation? What probation? We'll manipulate this system with another scumdick coach. It's the USC way.

when the appeal is denied you'll hear every talking head in the country whine about how unfair it all is b/c you're punishing kids that weren't there. I don't feel sorry for them one bit if they bought a teaming pile of BS from Kiff and Ogre. have fun not playing in a bowl game till your junior year guys.

This is the last year of the two year bowl ban my friend.
As for sheer #'s, we'llbe great for years 1 and 2 of the schollie reduction--we are bringing in 30. The last year will be the toughest. Keep in mind, Pete oft took loess than 20 recruits.

It is amazing that USC would oversign recruits while waiting for the NCAA to review their appeal. A slap in the face to the NCAA. This is going to get even more interesting when the NCAA slaps back.

Maybe this is part of the strategy. Lane signs this outlandish class, then it becomes about how sanctions will negatively affect even more innocent kids who had no part in any wrongdoing. How can the NCAA possibly keep the punishment (or make it worse) when all these innocent children will be affected? Nobody wants that.
