A Big help me at BL Ops thread

Help me at this game. I just got it a couple of weeks ago and I'm not very good at it. (.85) I like to play Domination and I like to run and gun.
What do the MLGers use? I prefer the Famas right now only b/c that's the best gun available. I hear the Commando is the best gun on the game.
Also, for a run and gun'r what are the best perks to use? I use ghost, steady aim & hacker.
How do I become a better player?

My run and gun class is AK74u with the grip.
Running Scavenger, Sleight of Hand, and Marathon as perks..(all pro).
Most MLGers are using the Famas.
Scav perk on the 74u is almost a must have..it runs out of bulletts hella fast.

i got the game a few weeks ago also. My K/D ratio sucks of course, i'm currently level 32 i think. I use FAMAS with reflex sight or suppressor or both, scavenger pro, sleight of hand or warlord pro and hacker. I will never run without hacker, i hate being killed by claymores 
I've played with the custom set ups, i have 1 each set up for FAMAS with ghost and one with scavenger, one for FN FAL variable scope to try my hand at sniping (i suck) a run and gun glass with AK74U, ghost, sleight of hand and marathon and a class that changes almost daily, currently i think it's set up with an M16.

Run cover to cover! Stop your sprint right before you turn a corner and be prepared to pull up sights. SOH pro is your best friend. Hacker pro is probably my favorite third perk especially if I'm not running flak jacket. Prevents you from running into damn claymores. Flack jacket pro is king too.

I love rapid fire/grip combo, but I hate losing the SoH..been going back and forth with these, but I think I'm gonna stick with the grip/SoH combo.

Grip + rapid fire means no sleight of hand. Need warlord attachment I believe

up your controller sensitivity, this helped me. It takes time to get use to the quick movement but worth it. Also play combat training on highest level for practice and to learn the maps. knowing choke points and snipe positions is vital. Work on Aiming higher towards the head, get quicker kills. Do you play on xbox?
