Was this a recent ep that caused you to say this? If not, this might be spoiler city. I do not follow this show, but I have seen a handful of eps, I recently saw one (does not mean it was recent, I think it was a repeat) that was surprising...
SPOILER:
Asian dude found some nuts and told shorty he had to leave to do something he cared about. Shorty said leave and you are fired. Dude left. Same ep, the chick decided to follow her dreams with the talent agent, and not shorty. The shaved head one was flying back to Texas. Shorty was gonna be all alone.
So, why do you think the Asian one is crazy?
If you saw one after this, please tell me what happened, as I do not keep up with the show.

It was the most recent episode, the chinaman was bouncing from job to job because everyone he landed at was too hard and required too much work so he quit after one day on each job( bartender helper, ladies shoe salesman, waiter on roller-skates)
