Three observations that will make him a better player, for whomever is posting this to get to him.

1. Does a great job getting out to line backers, very aggressive and has a good moving base there. However, when down blocking and blocking DT's he (you) needs to drive your feet. You looked to have a tendency of keeping your hips solid and using your size over smaller defenders. Drive (move) your feet on the initial block, showed great drive afterward. Going to have to drive those feet against bigger, stronger defenders (see minute mark 2:34) who match in size and skill.

2. In pass coverage, fall back on your hips and use your arm reach. You fall to far into the DT's chest and a strong defender or a player with a good swim move, will blow past you every time. Use your hands in pass coverage, don't fold them to your chest.

3. Lastly, watch your hands. You do give the impression that you do get a good grasp on a jersey. Don't clinch your fists, try to block with an open hand that way you don't hold on.( it is hard) Also, have to start moving when you snap, look a little slow at times coming out, as you snap begin moving your foot.

Otherwise, good drive and size for the position. Keep on getting stronger, and always refine your technique. You have a great drive after contact, and get out well on a zone block. Keep working!
