What if it didn't go down as forced? Is he then not a POS anymore? B/c according to you he is a POS no matter if it was forced or not.

Was the law broken? I'm sorry but there is no gray area here. if he broke the law and was caught.?

His punishment will probably be reduced if this is the case. And I'm all about giving the guy his shot on the field. I will wait to pass judgment until there is a hearing.

Forced or not, its criminal. If it wasn't forced, I think the kid made a mistake and it may be forgivable. Just not at LSU on scholarship. I can't believe this is up for discussion. I understand that some of you don't think it should be a crime, tough shite, it is. If he got caught with a bag of weed there wouldn't be an argument and he would not be getting a look from LSU. Yet, an 18yr old man being with a 14 yr old girl and you're jumping through hoops to save the man's rep and ruin the girl's. fuctup
