Offshore Fishing Charters : Louisiana

first off what time of year do you catch yellowfin tuna, marlin and other bill fishes?
who is the BEST charter to take out? how many people? and how much per person will it run us?
I am thinking Jan-Feb at the lumps are the best times to do this.. but I am not certain....

Eddie Cerise. Usually 4-6. Its usaully around $1200 plus fuel and if there is a deckhand you should tip him $100-200.
