He develops them though and you can't honestly say you have seen progress from either one.

An 11-2 Finnish that the defense keep us in because offense couldn't produce.
And as far as your "upward trend" if that's all it takes to not be considered a bad coach (moving to bottom of the barrel to liter better than bottom of the barrel) then
