Ate some during the holidays cooked down as pulled pork in bar-b-que sauce and it was awesome!

It's my go meat for jambalaya. Never had it cooked down in BBQ sauce but it sound awesome. It's available at several stores around ascension usually comes frozen.

Get it at Lamendolas in Gonzales. Browns and cooks great in jamabalaya. Better option than the butt if available.

I always wanted to try it in chili. Has anyone ever used it?

It's awesome for pulled pork, and I can imagine it is awesome in jambalaya, too. Ralph's on Jones Creek has it in frozen 10 or 20 lb. blocks.
I say go for with the chili!

I've used it in jambalaya and in homemade pork sausage.
