I've had that hash brown casserole with corn flakes before...it's very good.

If you replace the corn flakes with bread crumbs, I think I would mix the melted butter with the crumbs before sprinkling them on top. My reasoning: bread crumbs by themselves can be kind of dry, and if any spot is missed when you pour the melted butter on top, it might be kind of dry too.

Good idea with the bread crumbs and butter..

I think I've now switched gears again and want this hashbrown casserole as well as the sweet potato one
