Yea, I will be booing a&m's pregame, that's messed up.

Why would you boo a bunch of college kids who have nothing to do with who the home team is and who performs.

Personally, I think it's bullshite if it's true.

To whom it may concern:

It has come to our attention that the LSU band will not be allowed to perform its traditional Pregame routine before the 75th annual Cotton Bowl Classic. I urge you to reconsider this decision and allow the LSU band – as well as the Texas A&M Band - to perform their traditional on-field Pregame routines.

College football is about pageantry: traditions, the band, passionate fans, etc. With the Cotton Bowl moving into primetime this year, it is also time for the Cotton Bowl to become a primetime college football atmosphere. Many other bowls allow the bands to perform their traditional Pregame routine before the game. The Cotton Bowl should follow suit and do the same, as it simply adds to the excitement and anticipation of the game itself. Fox is also very familiar with airing the traditional Pregame routines, as they have done so many times in the past, including LSU’s game against Ohio State and its game against Notre Dome (both games hosted by the Sugar Bowl).

If you are unfamiliar with the LSU Golden Band From Tigerland and its traditional Pregame routine, I urge you to read more here: LINK and see video here LINK

It is a mistake to not allow the bands to do their traditional Pregame routine. There is ample time to adjust the Cotton Bowl’s 2011 gameday schedule to allow the bands to excite the crowd with their Pregame routines. I await your response and the news that the Cotton Bowl will be allowing the LSU and Texas A&M bands to perform their Pregame routines before the 2011 Classic.

Thanks for your consideration,
