It would take a few years for them to adjust to the depth necessary for the long SEC season like it did with Arkansas, but they would fit in well. Good history & great fan base. The SEC is as close to a super conference as their has ever been in NCAAF. If they had 4 more strong programs like A & M, they would be even more dominant.
Good post and insight. I agree with your assessment and necessary adjustments A&M would have to make to run the SEC gauntlet week in week out.
