The Rant and members in Need of Conflict

I am not really sure why some of you are constantly bitching about ESPN, Stewart Mandel, Stanford, TCU, etc..
They obviously want to see someone else win the National Title this year, and to be honest it would help some bruised ego's and help their ratings.
Bottom Line if LSU beats Arkansas by 1 point we will have an 11 win season in the hardest conference. I can assure that LSU will get a BCS bid, and if they don't it is not the end of the world.
If you cannot enjoy a 10 win (possibly 11 win) season I feel sorry for you. Constantly searching for conflict is a fools game, and a sure path to misery!!!

If LSU finishes 11-1 and does not receive at least an at large bid to a BCS bowl, it would be a crime.
And most posters who are pointing out these sportswriters, including myself, are more concerned with their overall agenda...not just what they're saying about the Tigers.
If you think that Stanford, who has played a total of two ranked opponents all year, deserve to be ranked ahead of LSU, then I see where you're coming from.
Otherwise, you need to understand that these sportswriters are all but begging the voters to keep LSU out of the National Championship game.
Why is that?
Who knows?
But that's what's happening.

Change the situation? Maybe I can't.
But I can still voice my opinion.
Read what's being written nationally about the Tigers. It's mostly about why Stanford and Wisconsin should be ranked ahead of them and why LSU should not play for the NC this year under any circumstances.
This reeks of an agenda circa 2003-04.

I had a great time yesterday. This entire home season has been more fun as a fan than it has been in 3 years. I was pleasantly surprised at how the team has progressed this year and overall, in a good mood about LSU once again. And I was what would have been labeled a "negatiger".
It's funny how this negatiger (me) can be completely grateful and satisfied, yet all the sunshine pumping "positigers" are bitching about this and that today, and squirming in their panties.

Watch the BCS show on espn tonight LSU will remain at number 5 no matter if sports writers want Stanford or Wisconsin the computers take in to account our schedule. That is all so save the stress and we beat a ranked Arkansas we will be fine.

1. Inherent bias if some of them were from Big10/Pac10/Big12 schools and are feeling the pain of not winning for the past 4 years and hearing the proclamation of the SEC being the one and only UBER-Conference.
2. Media needs to increase page view/eye balls all the time and therefore -
a - create a "villain" so that you can have a "hero" - Cam/Auburn vs non-AQ BSU and TCU
b - introduce a silly feature for inane comments - Miles
c - create discussions (if not controversy) by making your opinions to appear as proven facts - LSU is not the best 1 loss team
3. Pissed off about the lack of decent tailgating in their schools
