re: Shrimp and Andouille Muffin Cakes

It didn't come out well for me, the first time. I tinkered with it a lot. Now, I have it down. I googled for it and found it somewhere. Had no egg, I believe and needed more binder. I'm guessing it was a misprint. I think these are great. I've made them ahead of time and rewarmed and frozen them cooked and rewarmed. Worked great. I'm going to try crawfish.

Thanks for the recipe. I made a bazillion of them for a big party and they were a hit.
