My family and I are planning on going to New Orleans for Thanksgiving this year. We want to have a really good Thanksgiving meal at one of the great restaurants there. I googled it and got multiple results but want to make sure we choose the best one. Have any on you been to Nola for thanksgiving? If so, what have your experiences been? Any recommendations? We aren't really on any kind of budget... just want the best of both Thanksgiving foods and local cuisine. Thanks for the help!!

The main ones we are going between at this point are Begues, Bacco, Ralph's on the Park, Bayona, Mr. B's, and Palace Cafe.

Windsor Court Grill Room has a phenomenal bit of fare for their holiday offerings.

I had thought about the Windsor Court but was worried it wouldn't stack up to some of the amazing other restaurants in Nola. I will definitely check it out. Thanks for the recommendation!

There's a bunch in that number.

LaBoca
Stella
Stanley
Luke
August
Herbsaint
Bayona

and the list goes on and on and on. I guess it depends on what you're aiming for here, but all of the above are mouth wateringly phenomenal. I'm sure everyone has their favs here, but it's kind of endless really.

Mike

He isn't looking for New Orleans style food. He want a T-giving dinner at a good restaurant.

Like turkey and such?

I'm sure those places will have a Thanksgiving spin special, but my bad. It's what I would do, but I get it. More traditional.
