Really???

I don't think any LSU fan is rooting against LSU.

Those of us who have watched games, however, have a very rational fear that Miles' decisions will at some point catch up with him and cost the team a possible championship.

I've heard many anti-Miles statements, no anti-LSU.

I used to think this. But just look at the amount of people who have admitted they don't care how the mad hatter gets it done.. Just as long as he wins. There are very few that root against LSU just so Miles will leave, most just like to spin a web of negativity and live on it.

There are more threads about fans rooting against LSU than there are actual fans rooting against LSU

they think if they can turn fans against the "anti-LSU crowd" then that will unite them behind the idiot with the white hat

The way Miles coaches most def. gets us closer to a championship not closer to costing us one. I guess these people are the same ones thinking Jon Gruden is coming to coach here . And even if he did, good luck topping Miles record.

That's only in your head.

But when a guy keeps on playing a QB who passed for 4 yards in his last outing, how is that not rooting against LSU?

A few weeks ago on Buddy Songy, a caller called in and said, "Buddy, do you think we will be able to get rid of the coach if he keeps winning?"

I just had to laugh

If he keeps winning he will probably leave on his own accord.

I think only a few people think that way. For all their bitching, the vast majority of LSU fans only want them to win.

No LSU fan wants LSU to lose. They want LSU to win. With that being said, they also want their team represented in a respectable way and not a laughing stock. Miles, is pretty much a laughing stock, but the lucky bastard keeps winning despite his mistakes and stubborness. Its because of his recruiting and talent LSU has. So, do most people want Miles and Crowton gone? Yes, including me. Do we want LSU to lose in the process, No!!!

So what would do it? A few losing seasons??? Is that really the mentality of some of the people on here? Miles is going nowhere. Give it up. Winningest coach in our history. To hell with how he does it.

If miles loses to auburn, alabama, and arkansas, I would think he would be on a hot seat....

I had a neighbor I did overhear saying after the Fla game - 'I almost wish they would have lost in order to put more pressure on LSU to get rid of Les'

I know others think this way and it makes me want to puke!
