Many people didn't like the fact that Miles was bashed all of last week by fans and the media. But, for those of you who didn't like it and said he still had your support, you honestly can't say that he didn't coach a differant game this week. He did many of the things that many of his detracters had been wanting to see. He coached with an attitude and his players played with an attitude. Don't you think everything from last week is the cause of his coaching style this week? In my opinion (which means didlly squat) that is what finally did it. This was the most pressure and displeasure he had ever experienced around here. I just hope it wasn't a one time thing. Hopefully he continues with this attitude and his players follow suit.
Sad but true

People keep saying this but its completely ridiculous. In his RsFr. season Lee was protected and "coddled" just like JJ has been this year. People seem to forget that not Les but the fans were throwing Lee under the bus that year in favor of JJ. Les tries to protect his starter and when Lee was the starter he got the same protection and when he gets the job back (which should be soon) he will get it again. And Yes i think Lee has earned time and surely Les thinks the same.
Jcorye1 will never admit he was one of those people.

For the people thinking I'm talking about not playing Lee blah blah, thats not what I'm talking about. Him putting Lee on the field after JJ's horrid interception, and then pulling him back out basically as a huge frick you to the crowd is what I'm talking about. It was a dick move, and I said at the time I lost all respect for him. I gave him credit for the fake kick, but it doesn't erase everything hes ever done.

Throwing under the bus is a pretty strong term, and it was pretty obvious Lee wasn't ready. Was I critical of Lee, hell yes I was, I'm pretty sure its tough to find someone who wasn't back then. Jefferson came in a couple of times and played well. The part where your reasoning falls apart; however, is ITS NOT 2008. Lee progressed, Jefferson didn't. Am I supposed to keep supporting a QB that obviously reads one WR and has no idea what throwing the ball away entails? I guess I don't understand, I'm glad we won the game, happy it came on a trick play, but its not like my opinion on Miles is based off one game. Its been the couple of times he threw his players for your term, under the bus. Everyone forgets that he called for the spike and then blamed Jefferson.

So tell us who told what your opinion of Miles should be since you admit to being one of those people that just go along with the crowd.

Thanks for admitting that you are a hypocritical dirt bag.

no it wasn't, most of the people I know felt bad for the kid and understood that we had very limited options with three freshmen QBs and one in and out with injury.
Those of you who feel like there is no acceptable reason for LSU not to dominate and win the title every year and swear you know more than the idiot coach BOO'd and CURSED him unmercifully just as you have done to Jordan.
Pitiful human beings, if you ask me.

Wow, that is such a half arse argument its not even funny. We use and say things every day that weren't original thoughts of ours. Hell, you're typing in English right now, way to be an independent thinker, you couldn't even come up with your own language? Get off your high horse, I'm fine if you don't agree with me, but if the only arguments that you and the others have are calling me a sheep in herd or a megalomaniac who thinks he has some sort of pull on the entire LSU athletic department, I just don't know what to tell you.

Thanks for the personal attack, it was totally warranted.

Oh by the way, the reason we were in that incredibly shitty situation was Miles put all his eggs in the Perrileaux (sp) basket, but just gloss over that.

Honestly, I haven't made it to a game this year, its tough when you gotta pay a car note, college, and for an apartment. Thanks for lumping me in with those people though, hell you want to insinuate I threw the Jack Daniels bottle too?

Nice to see you know what an opinion is.
