I have absolutely no issue with a "figure head" as head coach. Actually, I would prefer it ... Organization runs smoother in the long run IMO (see Penn State/Paterno, Texas/Brown, Florida State/Bowden, Ohio State/Tressel).
Nonetheless, I wish we could get from point A to point C a lot faster.
I'm ready for Crowton to go...TODAY!
