Crowton and/or Miles Fault?

We don't have enough information to know who is the cause of the problem.
Crowton calls the plays and sends them to his boss who decides to veto or not veto each one. This means Crowton has to call what he thinks Miles wants on every play. Both of them come up with the offensive game plan each week (it has to be what the boss wants naturally). We don't know what is said between the two of them. The true dynamic between the two of them is kept a secret from us so we will never know who's fault it is when things go wrong.
