With our current situation behind the first 2 what if Miles knows JJ can't emotionally take being moved to #2 and doesn't want to take that away form him with the teams we have coming up. If we lose him mentally and JL get hurt then we are really screwed! So what if he lets JJ start to smoothe over JJ's ego and let JL play the majority of the game? I think I could live with this when I think about it that way.

If Lee gets hurt, LSU is screwed anyway...with or without a mentally healthy Jefferson.

Jefferson played himself out of the job... IMO, he SHOULD feel like shite.

Give him a trophy to build his self esteem. It can say "best QB to not start"

His feelings and ego are not the issue. The issue is "Can he lead the team". The answer is NO. JL can. JJ should not see the field except from the sidelines.

I agree with this- I really think JL is better off the bench, so I have no problem with JJ starting. However, JL should have most of the playing time in the game...

I am so sick and tired of you guys treating JJ like a baby. JL is much more mature and has more confidence. JJ doesnt deserve to play! and stop worrying about hurting his feelings. He is a D 1 athlete and is getting a free education. treat him like any other player and bench his arse for poor preformance

Negative. JJ has had plenty of time and Les being patient with him hasn't worked. It is not fair to the team or JJ to keep failing with this experiment. It is time to give Lee a shot and see what he can do. If JL doesn't work, then I would rather see a form of wildcat with Shep or Ware calling the shots, then putting JJ back in. JJ can still be used in certain packages, just not in a starting role.
