Performance doesn't matter as much for the Heisman as some people like to think.

Media attention is probably the most important aspect in a Heisman race. It's the only reason Tebow was in New York last year. Ridley isn't getting and is not going to get the media exposure needed simply because our offense is too ineffective.

If you have a diamond in a pile of shite, all you're going to notice is the pile of shite.
