Football theory question

Up 21 in the 4th quarter on defense, as a coach, what do you do:
1) keep bringing pressure with the chance to give up a big play and let them score quickly but with a sack or a big end the game
or
2)Sit back in coverage, let them nickle and dime you but let them kill all the time if they score and run the clock out when you get the ball back?
