Since we're all so positive on the boards, I thought I would bring up something else pretty positive about this team.

After finishing very weak against UNC in giving up two scores in the fourth quarter and another drive that came excruciatingly close to a game-winning third TD drive (of course, helped out by a mind-numbing non-interference call on an onside kick and a Ridley fumble), the Tigers have finished extremely strong in the fourth quarter of every game utilizing Stevan Ridley to salt each game away. Since that game, we have outscored opponents 23-0 in the fourth quarter and in doing so have averaged over 80 yards rushing per fourth quarter and have given up zero points on defense. It's good to see Tommy Moffit's conditioning coming up big again.

I think we all need to realize how close we are to being THE team. This is the reason many are so frustrated. I think we have a great team. I think Miles is trying his best. We will see J Lee more while Miles will use the positive in JJ as best he can. we will continue to be a top team. Unfortunately if there were a poll for fans....our just dropped out of the top 25.

sarcasm is fun

but yeah, we've closed out the last three very well.

You can't ask for anything more from our defense than to keep games out of reach from the opponent.

If there were a poll for fans we would be 120.

Before I start, let me say...I am well known by family/friends as the most emotional, negatiger known in SE La. I have been critical of every aspect about LSU because I am passionate about college football and about my team. I was raised to love LSU no matter what and it used to frustrate the hell out of my family to go on tirates about LSU, even during the 03 and 07 season, but this year I have turned a new leaf and boy has it opened my eyes! I have never seen so many folks bash its coaches and players as our fans (Guilty as charged). We are so critical because we are passionate people, but my goodness...WOW...I am starting a new group based on AA theory NTA...(Nega tiger Anonymous) This way we can get together on Friday afternoons and talk about our feelings and smash and break things, so that on Saturday, we can enjoy the games and our family with beer and food and not be in such a bad mood come Monday. We will have games such as pin the tail on Miles...Dart board with pictures of crowton and miles...We will guess how many times the option will be run on Saturdays and whoever guesses closer, wins the pot...Tie breaker is decided by short side or long side execution...We will set up the play station 3 and substitute Jarrett Lee for JJ and let the game demo to determine the outcome and all sorts of stuff...This way we can all cut down on the cost of repaired sheetrock, doors, televisions, floors, ceilings and emergency room visit co-pays...Its a win, win situation.

I come to you this morning heavy hearted as I am a broken man. I must make a confession. Last night I let my family down, my team down, my TD family down and most of all, I let myself down. I am big enough to admit that I did, in fact, have a relapse last night. I work on the "one day at a time" theory and I do accept the things I cannot change and I do have the wisdom to know the difference. It was the coach speak that did it to me again and I must learn to trust my coach and place blinders on and allow him to drive the train to the city of victory. I must be like a corner who gets burned for paydirt on a double move...AMNESIA...I have to forget about it...We are still undefeated...I should not say that Vegas is smoking crack if they think we win by 16 with our offense...That is just wrong...We will win by 20...Signed...a down, but not out...Nega Tiger Holic....13hrs sober and counting...
