Doing low carb, looking for advice on a one a day type vitamin to make up for no fruit or veggies. What you suggest?

How much working out are you planning on doing?

If just walking, maybe some low intensity lifting, then a men's one-a-day will do you just fine. If you plan on exercising a lot, I'd go with Opti-men, GNC's Mega Men, or Orange Triad. Personally I use Orange Triad.

Weekend didnt kill me like I thought. Down another pound. Rest day today. If only my wife would quit bringing sweets into this house.
