I just started doing the stronglifts thing that some of the guys in here were talking about earlier. It's been pretty good for me, as right now I'm just working on getting stronger. I'm too big of a guy to be as weak as I am, so this is my main focus in the gym right now.

I think I may be only one here that doesn't do squats never have because my knees would buckle
