186/169.4/9 days

Started PSMF yesterday and still doing IF at the same time. Not bad. Worked out perfectly since I basically worked 15 hours yesterday and didn't have much time to eat anyway. I didn't get as much protein in as I wanted but stayed within my calorie limit. The only change to IF I made is that I did half a scoop of protein before my workout and another half right after today. Let's see how well this works.
Thanks for the suggestion Mouton

ETA: For those curious it's a super clean high protein "crash diet". However, I've been basically doing this for weeks with just more calories and a few other macros. Caloric intake cut down to about 800 grams and protein actually upped to about 200 or so grams.

For those interested. Handbook

280 / 183 / 175

Just getting back from 2.5 weeks of vacation through San Francisco, Napa, and New Orleans. I left at 178, so the damage isn't as bad as I expected. I did manage to get a run in every few days, so that might've helped a bit. Now it's time to get back to it before football season, which is usually a rough time of the year for me from a weightloss and diet perspective.
