Why do you want to do crossfit? You can get just as good of resuls at a regular gym.

I want to try something new for different results. I'm on a mission for the next year to run my best marathon in Boston 2014. shite on a 4 hour run. Speaking of runs, missed a 5k pr by 8 seconds today. Ave pace 7:39.
