I had a good Friday & Sunday. Both days about 1000 calories and about 60 minutes on the bike.

I need a Mulligan for Saturday. Not good. No sir, not good at all.

Let me know if I can purchase a package of them for Saturdays . Another 7 lbs gain over the weekend. I have it down to two possiable items for the large gain and hold. The salty in TS or the more likely cause, 10 Abita Jackamo's.
