CADfast = 24 hr fast. Example: Eat supper at 6 pm and don't eat again until 6:00 pm the next day. The first time is the hardest because you really feel it by 20 hrs.
Usually good for a slight drop or a nonplateu bust depending on the after-gorge.

I do this a lot, not to deliberately fast, but I never eat breakfast and often don't have a chance to eat lunch or just forget. So I end up eating one meal a day. Like anything else, you get used to it.
