iluv, diet and exercise...diet and exercise.

I once went of the Loius Farakahn diet and started jogging, and I couldn't eat enough to maintain my weight.

You have to start in the pantry and fridge...get rid of the crap food in your house.

And start walking, wogging or jogging...anything to get the heart rate up...move that thing...

and you will be on your way.
