Who's got a couple good suggestions on places to eat in Nashville on Friday night?
Any really good sushi places?

Ready for road trip and to support my Tigers in TN

PF Changs (Chinese/Asian food) and Flemings (Good steak place, not cheap ) near Vandy on West End. Lots of chains near Vandy (Chili's, J Alexanders,etc.). Tin Angel on West End is good too.
Lots of eats around Vandy and West End.

Fyi rusans is sushi. The best sushi in Nashville. Google map it. Valet parking only. There is usually a wait at dinner on Friday.

Goten on West End has good sushi, not far from the stadium, just head toward downtown and it's on the right.

We are planning on hitting the San Antonio Taco Company. Good, cheap eats, near campus.

There's plenty of good places that are Nashville owned, and would suggest one of those rather than the chains. Rusan's does indeed have good sushi, though. Samurai is also great, and Virago has the trendy hip sushi. Germantown Cafe is a staple around here, and Midtown Cafe is very good, too. Rather than going to Fat Mo's, you can have a much better atmosphere and burger at Sportsman's Grille. There's a string of restaurants in the 12South area that are good...italian, a pretentious burger joint, and a good spot called the Blind Pig. The Pig has a great menu, and all the pork you want. Enjoy your visit to Nashville...it's a great town with a very nice climate.

P.S...don't drink and drive in Nashville. Take a cab, take a cab, take a cab.
