Why not just cut LSU-A and LSU-E? Or make them into 2yr juco. For the size of LA there are to many colleges. Why not try to build a better juco sys and those kids can go to LSU/Tech/ULL(M)?

This is the answer, most states are doing this now. Those students that can't get into the premier state school go to a JUCO for 2 yrs and prove they can get in. This is the way our state should operate. ULM, grambling, nichols, northwestern, and any other crap schools should be eliminated. All of our money should be focused on building up our flagship university.
